Water supply of the city of Hallstadt

The city of Hallstadt located in the county of Bamberg used to have frequent problems with hydrants made by other manufacturers. With its VAG NOVA NIRO 365 Standpost Hydrant sized DN 80, VAG supplied a perfect and lasting solution.
During a four-month trial operation, the hydrant already convinced the customer with its highly reliable function, its excellent corrosion protection and its ease of operation.

Christian Seelmann, water officer in Hallstadt, was impressed by how effortlessly the hydrant can be operated: “Without a T-key, manually by simply turning the bonnet, we were able to open the hydrant against the mains pressure. Durch diese patentgeschützte Lagerung der Antriebskomponenten kann das Medium nicht mehr mit den innenliegenden Komponenten in Kontakt kommen. Somit ist der VAG NOVA NIRO 365 trinkwasserhygienisch optimal.

Die speziellen Axial-Nadellager reduzieren das Betätigungsmoment deutlich und in Kombination mit einem hygienisch gekapselten Schmierfett-Depot wird das System wartungsfrei.
