Special butterfly valve, particularly suitable as turbine inlet valve. Customised double-eccentric design. For operation with hydraulic brake-and-lift unit. Low flow resistance and suitable for very high flow velocities.
  • Sealing system/standard: Resilient seated in accordance with EN 593
  • Face-to-face length: acc. to EN 558, basic series 14 (DIN 3202, F4) or according to customer conditions
  • With flange ends on both sides acc. to EN 1092-1 or according to customer con- ditions
  • Double-offset disk bearing mounted in maintenance-free bushing
  • Medium free bearing (dry shaft) in body by means of double O-ring sealing and closed disk eyes
  • Wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and undermining-resistant seat
  • Possible to replace profile sealing ring without disassembling the disk
  • Automatic sealing system with enclosed and pressure-supported profile sealing ring
  • Tight in both flow directions acc. EN 12266, leak rate A
  • Special larger 2nd offset, designed according to customer flow conditions
  • Designed for flow velocities up to 20 m/s
  • Low flow resistance due to special disc design
  • VAG HYsec hydraulic actuator with weight and/or special hydraulic cylinder
  • O-rings: EPDM
  • Body: Welded steel S235JRG2
  • Valve sealing: EPDM
  • Disk: Welded steel 1.0038
  • Butterfly valve stem: Stainless steel 1.4021
  • Shaft bearing: Zincfree bronze
  • Seat: Stainless steel, microfinished
  • Body: Internally and externally epoxy coated
  • Disk: Epoxy coated
