Externally controlled, float-operated control valve for the level control of water in tanks. The control characteristic can be adapted to the operating conditions by means of a finely slotted cylinder serving as control insert. Suitable for use in water treatment, water distribution, in power plants, in industry and in pressure management.
  • Face-to-face length: acc. to EN 558, basic series 1
  • With flange ends on both sides acc. to EN 1092-2
  • Control valve in globe valve design for level control in water tanks
  • Chambered and pull-out proof profiled sealing ring
  • Welded valve seat enhances resistance to wear
  • Compensation cylinder sealed with a quad ring
  • Slotted cylinder as standard control insert for cavitation-free regulation
  • Low actuating torque due to pressure balanced compensation cylinder
  • Float with parallel guide, without separate float rod guide
  • Body: Ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG-40)
  • Bonnet: Ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG-40)
  • Valve sealing: EPDM
  • Stem: Stainless steel 1.4057
  • Float: Stainless steel A4
  • Compensation cylinder: Stainless steel 1.4301
  • Slotted cylinder: Stainless steel 1.4301
  • Float pipe: Stainless steel A4
