Double-offset flanged butterfly valve (resilient-seated) with rubber-lined seat and rubber-coated disk for use with aggressive media. Long service life, as the medium does not come into contact with the bearing, and due to the rubber-lined seat. Suitable for use in water-treatment applications.
  • Sealing system/standard: Resilient seated
  • Face-to-face length: acc. AWWA C504, short body
  • With flange ends on both sides acc. ANSI B16.1, class 125
  • Vaccum tight up to 0.019 psi
  • Tight in both flow directions acc. AWWA C504
  • With self-locking, fully enclosed, maintenance-free worm gear including mechanical position indicator and handwheel
  • Double-offset disk bearing mounted in maintenance-free bushing
  • Medium free bearing (dry shaft) in body by means of double O-ring sealing and closed disk eyes
  • Possible to replace profile sealing ring without disassembling the disk
  • O-rings: EPDM
  • Body: Ductile iron ASTM A536, Grade 65-45-12
  • Valve sealing: EPDM
  • Disk: Ductile iron EN-JS 1050 (GGG-50) respectively ASTM A536, Grade 65-45-12
  • Butterfly valve stem: Stainless steel 1.4462
  • Shaft bearing: Zincfree bronze
  • Seat: Rubber lined, microfinished
  • Body: Internally 3 mm hard rubber coating and externally epoxy coated
  • Disk: 3 mm hard rubber coating
