Double-offset flanged butterfly valve (resilient-seated) according to the AWWA C504 standard. Long service life, as the medium does not come into contact with the bearing, and due to the wear-resistant, corrosion- and infiltration-proof seat with weld overlay. Suitable for use in water distribution, water treatment, in pretreated waste water, dams, in power plants, industry and in pressure management.
  • Sealing system/standard: Resilient seated acc. AWWA C504
  • Face-to-face length: acc. AWWA C504, short body
  • With flange ends on both sides acc. ANSI B16.1 and B16.34
  • Vacuum tight up to 0.019 psi
  • With self-locking, fully enclosed, maintenance-free worm gear including mechanical position indicator and handwheel
  • Tight in both flow directions acc. AWWA C504
  • Double-offset disk bearing mounted in maintenance-free bushing
  • Medium free bearing (dry shaft) in body by means of double O-ring sealing and closed disk eyes
  • Wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and undermining-resistant seat
  • Possible to replace profile sealing ring without disassembling the disk
  • O-rings: EPDM-S/EPDM-P
  • Body: Ductile iron ASTM A536, Grade 65-45-12
  • Valve sealing: EPDM-S/EPDM-P
  • Disk: Ductile iron ASTM A536, Grade 65-45-12
  • Butterfly valve stem: ASTM A276, Grade 304/316/17-4PH
  • Shaft bearing: Lead- and zinc-free bronze
  • Seat: High-alloy weld overlay
  • Body: Internally and externally epoxy coated
  • Disk: Epoxy coated
