Resilient-seated, wafer-type butterfly valve for flange mounting between pipeline flanges; disk with centric bearing; suitable for use in gas pipelines. With replaceable liner mounted on a vulcanised seal carrier ring, and disk with triple bearing. Suitable for use in digestion towers, in waste-water applications, in industry, in gas main and service lines, in pressure stations and in gas storage tanks.
  • Sealing system/standard: Resilient seated in accordance with EN 13774 (DIN 3352 - 4A)
  • Face-to-face length: acc. to EN 558, basic series 20 (DIN 3202 / K1)
  • Wafer-type for flanges acc. to EN 1092-2
  • Centric disk, mounted in three maintenance-free bearing bushes
  • For installation between pipe flanges for PN 10 and 16
  • Replaceable rubber sleeve with integrated seal for functionally reliable use for flared flanges, welding flanges, PE flanges as well as loose flanges with V-collar
  • Stable sealing seat due to collar with vulcanized support ring
  • Vacuum tight up to 0,1 bar absolute
  • Tight in both flow directions
  • With bare shaft and actuator flange connection acc. to ISO 5211
  • For gases according to DVGW Guideline G 260
  • Triple shaft bearing
  • Body: Ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG-40)
  • Disk: Ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG-40)
  • Shaft end: Stainless steel 1.4021
  • Collar: NBR
  • Body: Internally and externally epoxy coated
  • Disk: Epoxy coated
