Over the years, our highly efficient and flow-optimised metallic sealing VAG SKR Slanted-Seat Tilting-Disk Check Valve has proven to be extremely reliable a thousand times over in the most diverse applications. Its sophisticated and robust construction with slanted seat allows its long-term maintenance-free operation and it reliably protects your pumps as well as the entire system from dangerous pressure surges. It already works stably at a minimum flow velocity as low as 1.5 m/s and has a shorter closing time thanks to its slanted seat design.

Short closing time: No dangerous pressure surge
Due to its special design and the shortened stroke of the disc from 60° to 90°, the VAG SKR closes reliably shortly before the reversal of the flow and thus prevents dangerous pressure surges.
Flow optimisation: Special shape of the disc
Thanks to its triple-offset tilting disc, which due to its hydrodynamic shape literally flies in the flow and stably rests on the body already at flow velocities as low as 1.5 m/s, our VAG SKR has a low flow resistance and thus a high energy efficiency. This is the so-called “wing effect” similar to that of an aircraft wing. In addition, there is no noise and there are no turbulences caused by slamming, which also contributes to a long service life and reliable operation.
