Personal data
VAG GmbH will store the personal data of the entrants exclusively for the contest. The data collected will not be forwarded to third parties.
Prize notification
VAG GmbH will notify the winners by email about 4 to 6 weeks after the closing date. Any winner of a prize agrees to the publication of his/her name and company name (where specified) and the mention of the respective valve and location. This will include the publication of the winner on the contest organiser’s website and its social media platforms.
Photo rights
With the upload of the photo you declare to be the owner of all existing rights to the uploaded photo and agree to the publication of the photo and your personal details. In addition, VAG GmbH is given the rights to the processing, reproduction and publication of the photo. You will not be paid any remuneration for the transfer of such rights of use. Each entrant assures that the publication of his/her photo does not violate the rights of any third parties. This comprises in particular third-party copyrights or the personal rights of any individuals whose photos were taken.
