VAG experts on tour

Besides lectures and a small exhibition, the forum offered an ideal platform for attendants to inform themselves about current developments and coming trends. Also present again: Anton Rienmueller, VAG’s long-time valve expert, with his lecture titled “Flow-optimised butterfly valves combined with vibration sensors”. The focus of his lecture was the latest generation of our double-eccentric butterfly valves – the H-Series of the VAG EKN® Butterfly Valve. The valve is highly energy efficient thanks to its minimal flow resistance; in addition to this, pressure losses can be significantly reduced with this butterfly valve and this saves operating costs. The exchange with experts from different fields and industries is always a great benefit for us.
