Successfully refurbished two over 35 years old butterfly valves in the cooling tower section

As part of renovation works in one of the largest nuclear power plants in Switzerland, the VAG service team successfully refurbished two over 35 years old butterfly valves in the cooling tower section. In the VAG plant, the sealing and corrosion protection of the valves have been significantly improved and completely tested by non-destructive tests. The renovation and delivery work was carried out within the agreed time to full customer satisfaction despite the tight time concept.
