Acquisition of FKB in Brazil

We are pleased to announce that after the successful acquisition of RTS Group in 2022, VAG Group acquired a second company in Brazil – FKB Equipamentos Industriais Ltda.  By this, VAG will not only strengthen its footprint in the important Brazilian market but also enhance its portfolio and capabilities for customized Penstocks and Knife Gate Valves.

FKB was founded in 2000 and is successfully specialized in design and manufacturing of Penstocks and Knife Gate Valves for Water, Wastewater, Pulp & Paper, Chemical and Petrochemical, Dams & Hydropower, and Mining by providing end-to-end solutions, from design to installation including customer service.

Based the strong capacity and capability, FKB will be a technical competence center for Penstock and Knife Gate Valve design while at the same time encouraging VAG in serving all customers in Brazil even better.
