Resilient-seated knife-gate valve in fully flanged design, sealing in both flow directions, with integrated scraper system and free flow passage. Operation via pneumatic actuator. Suitable for use as shut-off valve in waste-water applications, in dams, in power plants and in industry.
  • Face-to-face length: acc. to EN 558, basic series 20 (DIN 3202 / K1)
  • With flange end acc. to EN 1092-2, PN 10
  • Full-flange design, both as wafer type and for pipeline end installation, without additional counter flange at full differential pressure
  • Horizontal and axial guiding of the knife on flexible plastic sliding rails
  • Full-flange design with unrestricted flow passage
  • Leakproof from both flow directions
  • Specially shaped horizontal sealing with double quad ring profile and integrated PTFE sliding rails for reducing operation forces
  • Scraper installed on both sides of the plate to clean the knife
  • Operating kit: With pneumatic actuator
  • Body parts, bearing plate and gland: Cast iron EN-GJL-250 (GG-25)
  • Knife: Stainless steel A2
  • U-sealing and horizontal sealing: Elastomer (NBR)
  • All connecting parts: stainless steel A2 (DIN EN ISO 3506)
  • Yoke and sheet metal covering: Stainless steel A2

Cast iron parts: Epoxy coated
