Resilient-seated non-return valve with slanted seat and internal shaft. Highly cost-efficient due to its large opening degree. Suitable for use in water and wastewater systems.
  • Sealing system/standard: Resilient seated in accordance with EN 16767
  • Face-to-face length: acc. to EN 558, basic series 48 (DIN 3202, F6)
  • With flange ends on both sides acc. to EN 1092-2
  • With inside shaft
  • 90% opening degree, piggable in flow direction
  • Quick and easy cleaning of the disk by folding out without dismantling
  • Easy seal replacement via inlaid O-ring in the disk
  • Flexible and damped double shaft bearing in the disk
  • Disk with hard stop damping in the body
  • Shaft bearing in free moving bronze bushing
  • With suspension eyes for easy installation
  • Body: Ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG-40)
  • Bonnet: Ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG-40)
  • Bolts: Stainless steel A4 (DIN EN ISO 3506)
  • Shaft bearing: Zincfree bronze
  • Check valve disk seal: NBR
  • Check valve disk: Stainless steel 1.4308
  • Check valve shaft: Stainless steel 1.4057
